La Catedral de Cádiz, diseñada por Vicente Acero, fue construida entre 1722 y 1838. También llamada "Catedral Nueva". Tiene horario de visitas tanto para el interior del recinto como para la Torre del Poniente, cuya visita aconsejamos por las impresionantes vistas que ofrece. Se aprecia el cambio de estilo y los gustos de los distintos arquitectos que intervinieron, lo explica la mezcla de: barroco, rococó y neoclásico. También destaca la variedad de materiales empleados en su construcción. Su interior alberga tesoros como El Coro, el Archivo Musical o los restos de los ilustres gaditanos Manuel de Falla y José Mª Pemán.

The Cathedral designed by Vicente Acero was built between 1722 and 1838. It is also called "New Cathedral". Visiting hours are available for both the inner and the west tower, the visit is strongly recommended due to the impressive sightseeing of the whole city.
