Forma parte del conjunto de la Catedral Vieja y es obra de Torcuato Cayón. Este hito, que junto a la Catedral Nueva confiere magnificencia al sky line de Cádiz, nos marca la entrada al Pópulo por el Campo del Sur. Esta capilla fue construida a mediados del XVII para albergar la grandiosa Custodia de plata de Antonio Suárez.

It is a part of the set of the Old Cathedral built by Torcuato Cayón. This tower and the Cathedral roofs award magnificence to the skyline of Cadiz, and mark the entry to El Pópulo through Campo del Sur. This chapel was constructed in the middle of the 17th century to house Antonio Suárez´s Silver Monstrance.
